This wine is made primarily from grapes of the Tempranillo variety. The origin is the vineyards located in the municipality of Cenicero, where the geographical position, the Atlantic climate and the limited yield offer the ideal grapes for this type of wine. Following the classic method for La Rioja red wines, this wine is refined for 24 months in American and French oak barriques (50-50%). This is followed by a three-year aging period in the bottle.Tasting notes:An attractive ruby red wine of medium intensity with light rust tones. On the nose, it is markedly aromatic with notes of ripe fruit, toasted and balsamic aromas. After a short time in the glass, the scents of herbs unfold. Spices and tobacco. On the palate, it is harmonious with silky tannins, as well as fresh and lively. The aftertaste is particularly long lasting and brings back memories of toasted notes and raisins. Grape varieties: 90% Tempranillo, 10% Cabernet Sauvignon. Drinking temperature: 16°C.
